WhilKonditormeisterin Sarah Brandte working with several Foodstylingprojects in the past, I discovered how fun baking without a fixed location can be.

‘Sarah Brandt has assisted me greatly for the Foodstyling for the Baking Book ‘Backschätze’ released by Gräfe & Unzer Publishers in September 2012. On eight days of shooting she prepared several doughs, a lot of cookies, cakes and gateaux in the fotostudio and was a great help with her professional knowledge and very good practical skills. She was always in a good mood, motivated and with her postitive attitude helped keep everyone during the production in high spirits.
